Finalists for the first quarter of the year 22 of l. Ron Hubbard illustrators of the future competition were announced today by Joni Labaqui, the Director of the competition.
The finalists for this quarter are the Canada, Thailand and the United States.

Art 8 finalists is sent to 4 on the judges of the competition. The 8 finalists, 3 will be winners of the quarter. The 3 winners of each quarter are awarded in cash, an intensive workshop of the week, an awards ceremony and are also published in the annual l. Ron Hubbard present writers of the future. Writers have their own competition and our winning illustrators demonstrate the winning stories of writers. The rating process, once the finalists are determined by the coordinating judge, takes a little more than a month.
A Grand Prize winner is announced at the annual ceremony and is selected in another panel of judges, and receives an additional amount of $5,000.00.
"Illustrators of the future contest is an effective way for aspiring illustrators make their break in the publishing industry, a well known to be closed for the new entrant, industry" said Labaqui.
