San Francisco Fair Trade shop launches e-commerce store June 10

Urban Bazaar, a new gift shop handmade in San Francisco, in the District of the inner Sunset in San Francisco, continues to expand by launching an online store. The Web site, http://www.UrbanBazaarSF.com, has been an informational website only until now, but on June 10, the online shop will be put into service. This is a great expansion for the new company, which only opened in its showcase in 1371 9th Avenue in San Francisco since July, 2010. The online shop will select feature of fair trade with handmade gifts that are available in the physical store, and a few exclusive web elements.


As the physical store, the urban Bazaar online shop will be artisanal products stocks, fair trade unique and affordable, and products manufactured in the Bay of San Francisco and around the United States. Online store products categories include maps, jewelry, accessories, decoration, bath and body and clothing for baby products. Some of the elements, such as the luggage tags made of leather without cruelty by certified fair trade artisans in India, will be available exclusively online.

Tulsa music benefit for tornado relief

Sunday, June 26, 2011, the rock and roll Tulsa community is gathered for fundraising help tornado victims in Joplin, MO, and several locations in Oklahoma. The delivery will take place at Cimarron Bar located at 2619 s. Memorial Drive Tulsa, OK 74129.


Six bands including play Under The Gun, Rock Show, Tiranico, Lock-17, WTF & scopes at the Manor House. Doors open at 1 p.m. and bands will be playing 14 h to 21 h.


Enjoy food Mexican homemade $5 a plate and fun raffles. The net proceeds of the event and direct donations of species and verify, go to ten doves charity relief on the ground in Joplin and Oklahoma. Non-monetary donations will also be accepted including of non-perishable food, clothing, shoes, which will go to the Church of celebration for delivery to Joplin.
