Winter Park-Fraser Valley Chamber announces the first Festival of music SolShine, scheduled for July 16 - 17. The free event, national, regional and local characteristics music live, is one of the many fun festivals planned for July. Challenges athletic to the pleasure of the independence day at the festivals of toe-tapping music as SolShine, the line-up of Winter Park - Fraser Valley July events runs the gamut.

July 2: large park run to independence
The five annual mile run/walk/roll/bike on the River Trail Fraser begins at 9 a.m. at the Winter Park Resort and ends at the Grand Park of Fraser. Shuttles will be available in Fraser and Winter Park Resort before and after the race. New this year, the race welcomed us barriers non-disabled athletes and also adds a division of bike cruiser for those who want to ride the trail of the Fraser River. Fun race is truly for all ages and abilities. Celebrate at the finish line with a market of farmers and a beer garden. The event is a collection of funds for the Foundation Hughes of Scott and the children's Hospital, which provides scholarships to Ouray Camp leader at Snow Mountain Ranch, YMCA of the Rockies for children with renal failure and the defenders.
July 4: Lance Gutersohn 4 July celebration, complex sports of Fraser
Life is a beach community on the Fourth of July celebration tropical theme. Since the end of the afternoon to evening sports complex Fraser is teeming with family activities, ranging from games to the children's activities, a community picnic and music live from the Bluffetts of sport. Carnival Games adds, make-up and, of course, a Fireworks party.
July 9: Epic Singletrack Valley point to point
The third race of the series of Singletrack Epic mountain is the favorite of the local who became one of the classical course of the series. Routes change until the last minute, thus monitor the Web site for more details.
July 9: Treadfest
This one day event is the revised version of the Fat tire classic, which took place in the Winter Park since almost 20 years. This family-friendly festival focuses on all things "bicycle" and the National Sports Centre of benefits for persons with disabilities and the Mile High chapter of the American Red Cross.
July 10: Épique Singletrack Super descent
It's all downhill from here! Keep your hat (or the helmet, as is!) as the cyclists from beginners to pros give everything on this downhill course. It is the fourth series of Singletrack Epic mountain bike race.
16 - 17 July: weekend of mountain Capital USA ™, Winter Park Resort and Hideaway Park
To celebrate its more than 600 miles of marked and mapped trails of the Valley Winter Park Fraser has designated a weekend to focus on mountain biking. It includes live music, food, demos of bike, clinical, lift tickets free of charge, and of course, all mountain biking you can handle.
16 - 17 July: Winter Park SolShine Music Festival, Hideaway Park & Cooper Creek Square
This new festival free features national, regional and local live music. The range includes the Subdudes, trampled by turtles, the brothers of Punch, blind pilot, Gregory Alan Isakov, Johan Wagner, Megan Burtt, Reed Foehl and Ramaya Soskin. Vendors of goods and a food garden / beer will be in the sites to add to the festive atmosphere. VIP tickets are available.
Winter Park Jazz Festival 23-24 July: the Hideaway Park in Winter Park
Hot jazz, Cool mountain air make perfect harmony to the Festival of Jazz Winter Park annual presented by Winter Park Resort, with Dave Koz and the Jays' O stars. Tantalizing melodies that extend into the evening, the festival is host of food and craft vendors. Stay and play packages are available.
23-July 24: Alpine Art Affair in Winter Park
This free event takes place in downtown Winter Park and features fine arts, jewelry, photography, sculpture, pottery, painting and glass. In addition, enjoy food, music and activities for children.
28-31 July: Crankworx, Winter Park Resort
The first bike descent to the United States festival, this event also oozes "cool" with extraordinary athletes and great live music. See what speaks fury! Trestle Bike Park will also open for downhill mountain biking test.
July 30: Winter Park Family Fun Fest in Hideaway Park
Join us as the NRC Broadcasting presents this family-friendly-filled event, including the castles of bouncy, climbing wall, face painting, balloon animals, performing dogs, train rides, walks in pony, skate park, bike park, live demo contest and more.
July 30: Épique Singletrack Crankworks Colorado X-Country
This course - part of the epic Singletrack Mountain Bike series - is a point to point favorite as the races return to Winter Park Resort. Challenging climbs and rapid descents spice up the road which includes an eclectic mix of interconnected trails.
Chamber of Commerce of Winter Park-Fraser Valley
Winter Park-Fraser Valley Chamber of Commerce is a Colorado non-profit corporation created to help promote and sustain growth in the region of Winter Park-Fraser Valley, located in the Rocky Mountains only 65 miles west of Denver.
