Radical.FM, Inc. (http://www.radical.fm) today announced the launch of the private beta invitation only Radical.FM, this is new, personal internet radio services. Construction and expansion on the experience acquired by Tomsradio.com, a pioneer of Swedish and American internet radio the 21st century, combines Radical user adapted from the radio stations of music (such as Pandora ™ and Slacker ™) with features of playlist on demand (such as Rhapsody ™ and Spotify ™) and adds social networks and personal broadcasting capabilities. For the first time, all these functions will be available in an integrated service. Radical.FM will initially be offered free personal radio services, with full Play-On-Demand functionality for an available Premium paid subscription level at a later date. In addition, the patent-pending feature LiveShare ™ enables personal music flows to be shared in real time and DeeJay ™ allows a user to take the floor to all those who are listening to their LiveShare flow. Real media music and technology & bloggers ainsis that the music industry professionals that have not yet received invitations of beta private radical, should communicate with 'Maria (at) radical.fm'. A public beta version for the United States launch will follow soon, with international expansion planned for later this year. For the public beta of registration, go to Radical.FM.

In addition, Indie Radical ™, a similar service for independent artists (unsigned in Big Four), should launch later this year.

Radical harness the cloud to offer music under license from around the world to anyone, anywhere. Its new reader improves on custom as Pandora radio stations, adds mailing lists on demand such as Rhapsody and Spotify, incorporates advanced features of social media and offers personal broadcasting capabilities to usurp land radio in his own words. Player of the radical is currently the only based web browser, development for mobile devices is underway.

"Before Radical.FM, custom radio lacked the flexibility to adapt to the change of mood of the user," said the Radical founder and CEO, Thomas McAlevey. "I appreciate services such as Pandora, but it takes time for a fair position." And when I do, I do not want to meddle with it just because I'm having a party. By using our player single anyone can create a perfect music mix and then change its direction as quickly as their mood moves them, without ever hearing a unwanted song. »

"We have made the decision to launch only beta invitation for journalists and industry professionals to give the system a shakedown before going public,", continued the McAlevey. "We welcome the feedback from these early adopters."

On the player.
The Radical player presents a delivery of complete music to the listener with a number of unique features and controls.

My Stations ™ was inspired by terrestrial radio programming practices and a mixing board audio standard. It works with blocked (artists/songs) to create personal radio stations unique, as well as with LiveShare to allow users to "host" their Stations in real time with others. Unlike other services, Stations Radical do not try to "guess", potentially as listeners of music based on a few choice of song and the computer settings subjective. Instead, radical harness the skills of the show any radio industry to divide its library of enormous song in genera professionally formatted, similar to the Satellite Radio, such as Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop and the country. The player allows users to mix Genres as much as they like and then assign each type value in relation to the other. Since the mixture can be modified instantly, the result is an endless of exactly the kind of music stream, the listener wants to hear at any time. Users can adjust reports, add or remove the genera, and individual songs of rates. Blocked (artists/songs) allows users to prevent specific songs or catalogues of artists together to reappear on their Stations.

LiveShare ™ (patent pending) to each user owner of a radio broadcasting station filled with legal content, whose scope is limited only by the popularity of the host. LiveShare users can allow any friends to listen to their streams of music in real time. A Pittsburgh woman can share live music with her husband working abroad, or Lady Gaga may have millions of fans tune - in to his post. A DeeJay function allows hosts to talk live to their audience via the microphone on their computer or Smartphone. Tools to invite other people to listen to broadcasts are similar to Facebook (regular Facebook integration is available as well).

Feature full Play-on-demand to a level of premium paid will be launched later this year. Subscribers can create personal Playlists choosing in the most complete library in the world (with songs more of $ 12 million). Playlists become automatically available as genera for use on my sites, providing the ultimate control of a personal music stream.

Radical remarks Indie
Indie is short for independent. Ranging from small bands of major acts such as Nine Inch Nails, Indie artists are musicians not signed with Big Four or their subsidiaries. Often non-conformists, still creative, it is a world of music, not optimally adapted to traditional services such as the Radical.FM (or Pandora). Radical indie will be a clone of player of the Radical.FM and the platform design, but filled entirely with independent artists and their music. It is anticipated that artists and radical groups Indie will find many uses for the LiveShare/DeeJay combination to connect with their fans. Expected launch later this year, artists and independent labels can register now by going to radicalindie.com.
